Using Google Sync with Nokia was a breeze. All i had to do was install Exchange on my phone and the setup process was fairly simple.

Now the trick to all this would only work if you have a empty address book on google, so make a new account simple! I made one on my google apps domain!

Synchronising all contacts was done over WiFi although its possible to do it over any 3g or 2g networks. Nokia Contacts now on google address book.

Setting up the iPhone was also done over exchange but had to disable the email option, since google does not support that yet. Address book and Calendars are good for me!

Finally the whole process took me like 12 minutes and i was done!
Never to worry about sync my phones again! All done automatically!
